Stainless Steel Extraction Machine

The device is used to extract the herb, flower, seed, fruit, fish etc. It can be used for food and chemical industries in normal pressure, micro-pressure, water frying, heat cycling, cycling leaking, redolent oil extract and organically solvent recycle.

Stainless Steel Extraction Machine is a very common extraction equipment, which is often used in food and chemical industries. This series of products includes four types: mushroom-type extraction tank, inverted conical extraction tank, straight cylinder type extraction tank, and ordinary type extraction tank. The first kind of extraction tank has a small upper and large lower structure, which is convenient for slag discharge and does not occupy too much space. The second one has a large boiling buffer space, rapid heat transfer, and short heating time. The third is more traditional, so it is widely used. The bottom heating function can make the extraction of medicinal materials more complete. The last one has high extraction efficiency, is conducive to medium transfer, and has short leaching and heating time.

Structure and character

Main Feature

The important part of the Stainless Steel Extraction Machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which has high strength, and corrosion resistance and is easy to clean. The automatic spraying system can realize the cleaning of the tank body and improve extraction efficiency. The installation of a thermometer, pressure gauge, and other auxiliary tools can help the operator observe the internal conditions of the tank and improve safety. The design of the visible lamp is convenient to see the inside of the tank, which can give you a clear view even at night. -3
