5 Magnetic Stirring Tank is often used in the pharmaceutical industry, bioengineering industry, food industry, and other fields with high hygiene requirements. Its core mixing device is composed of internal magnetic steel, external magnetic steel, an isolation sleeve, a drive motor, and other components, and it works by driving the mixing shaft through the working principle of permanent magnetic coupling. It is different from the ordinary mixing tank in that it gives up the packing seal or mechanical seal, but uses the static seal. Therefore, the mixing parts in the tank completely rotate inside the static seal chamber of the tank body and do not protrude outside the tank body, completely solving the problem of leakage that cannot be overcome by the dynamic seal. Features Magnetic Stirring Tank adopts non-contact transmission torque and a new sealing method, so it can well overcome the leakage problem. The mixed materials are completely in a closed state, so no leakage or pollution will occur. Its overall structure is simple and a standardized design is adopted, so it is more convenient to clean, maintain and replace components. The agitator is installed at the bottom, so the mixing can be completed even if there is less material. The parts of the Magnetic Stirring Tank in contact with materials are all made of stainless steel, which can guarantee hygiene and durability.

4. Q : What is the shipment schedule?

A : We will send you photographs of your order being loaded into the shipping container at the factory. The shipping container will generally leave port 3-4 days after loading. We will send you a bill of lading and final statement of account within one week of that time. The bill of lading will include the shipping container numbers. You can track your shipping container. Approximately 10 days prior to delivery, we will send you an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) notice from the shipping time. Please remember that the listed delivery date is only an estimate, and is subject to port unloading schedules, customs processing, and the dictates of the local delivery truck company. You will be directly contacted by the shipping company’s local truck delivery services approximately 48 hours prior to the date of delivery to schedule a delivery time. If you need to delay the final delivery, there will be a “pull” fee of approximately $100, and a storage fee of approximately $150 per shipping container per day.
