1. Necessary work before starting up [4]:
①Check whether each effect heater and evaporator are clean. ②Check whether each valve is in the correct opening and closing position. 2. Turn on:
①Open the vacuum valve.
②Open the feed valve to feed the material, and close the feed valve when the liquid is seen in the sight glass.
③Before opening the steam valve, open the steam drain valve, drain the residual condensate and dirt in the steam pipe to the sewer, and close the steam drain valve.
④ Slowly open the steam valve, heat up to the required pressure, so that each effect evaporator performs thermal cycle. ⑤Open the cooling valve of the condenser (the article that uses water jet condensing vacuum pump to directly condense is cancelled). 3. Normal operation:
①Adjust the opening degree of each effect feed valve to control the material level to maintain at a certain height.
②Open the exhaust valve of the heater once every 2 hours of evaporation to remove the condensable gas.
③The discharge of condensate water, except for the separate discharge of the condensate water of the first effect heater, the second and third effects are discharged every half an hour. The discharge steps:
①Close the water valve, that is, the middle valve between the heater and the evaporator and the middle valve of the water receiver. ②Open the exhaust flash door to switch from vacuum to exhaust.
③Open the drain valve at the bottom of the water receiver, drain the condensed water, and operate normally according to the position after draining it. 4. Receiving operation:
①Close the feed valve of effect Ⅱ and Ⅲ.
②Close the third effect evaporator vacuum butterfly valve and open the first effect vacuum bypass valve to increase the vacuum degree of the first effect evaporator. ③Open the vacuum valve of the lower storage cylinder of the first effect evaporator.
④Open the drain valve of effect Ⅱ and Ⅲ to destroy the vacuum degree of effect Ⅱ and Ⅲ evaporator, open the bottom discharge valve of effect Ⅱ and Ⅲ heater, and pump all the liquid into the storage under the evaporator of effect Ⅰ After the cylinder, close the II and III effect material valves. ⑤ Make the material liquid undergo a separate thermal cycle in the first effect, and evaporate to the required depth before discharging. 5. Shutdown:
①Close the steam valve and stop supplying steam. ②Close the vacuum valve and stop the operation of the vacuum pump.
③Open the exhaust valve of the evaporator to destroy the vacuum of the evaporator.
④Open the exhaust valve and drain valve to remove the condensed water.
