1. Strictly control the liquid level of each effect separator to make it in the appropriate position required by the process.
2. When evaporating materials that are easy to precipitate and crystallize, fouling and blockage of pipelines, plate evaporators, valves, etc. are prone to occur. Therefore, it needs to be flushed regularly with water to keep it unblocked, or vacuum pumping and other measures are used to remedy it.
3. Frequently adjust the meter to make it sensitive and reliable. If the instrument is found to be out of order, find the cause and deal with it in time.
4. Frequent strict inspection and flaw detection of equipment and pipelines, especially the sight glass should be frequently inspected and replaced in time to prevent accidents caused by corrosion.
5. Before overhauling the equipment, release the pressure and materials, flush with water to cool down, and remove the corrosive liquid remaining in the equipment.
6. Operators and maintenance personnel should wear protective clothing to avoid personal injury caused by hot liquid and steam.
7. When disassembling the flange screws, the corners should be disassembled or tightened, and carried out according to the steps, especially when disassembling, confirm that there is no liquid before dismounting, so as to prevent liquid from spraying out, and pay attention to no people under the nozzle.
8. To check and repair the evaporator, the materials should be discharged cleanly, washed with hot water, and then washed out with cold water. At the same time, check whether the relevant valve can be shut down, otherwise, add a blind plate to prevent the material from escaping and hurting people during the overhaul.
9. After draining the evaporator, open the manhole to allow the air to replace and cool to below 36°C. At this time, the maintenance personnel can put on clothes and enter the maintenance. Someone outside needs to be monitored to facilitate timely rescue in case of an accident.
